This policy covers this website — www.innovahealthstrategies.com. InnovaRx and InnovaMed are separate applications on their own subdomains and have their own privacy policies. So do our browser extensions. Those are different systems with different answers, and this document does not describe them.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form:
- Your name and organization
- Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it
- What you're interested in, and your message
That information is relayed to our inbox by email so we can reply to you. It is not stored in a database on this website.
What this site does not collect
- No analytics. This site runs no analytics or tracking scripts, from us or from anyone else.
- No advertising or third-party trackers. Nothing on this site is used to build an advertising profile of you.
- No cookies set by us. This site does not set cookies. We do not need your consent to a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No account required. You can read every page on this site without identifying yourself.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google in order to download them. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We receive nothing from it.
Protected health information
Do not send patient information through this website. The contact form is for business inquiries only. It is not a secure channel for protected health information, and it is not covered by a Business Associate Agreement.
If an engagement requires us to receive records, we will set up an appropriate secure channel and the necessary agreements first. Until that is in place, please don't send records by email or through this form.
If you send patient information anyway, we will delete it and ask you to resend through the proper channel.
Who else sees your message
Contact form messages are delivered through our email provider and land in our business inbox. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in our email as long as they're useful for the conversation and any engagement that follows. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Write to info@innovahealthstrategies.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say what changed rather than quietly revising it.
