Quoted per engagement
Chart review, audits and RADV support are scoped individually and quoted as a fixed fee or a per-chart rate, based on volume and record type. You get the number before the work starts, and it doesn't move.
We do not price coding work as a percentage of recovered revenue, and we do not tie fees to risk score movement.
Contingency pricing pays a vendor more when more codes are submitted. That is the wrong incentive to introduce into a medical record, and we won't take work on those terms.

Individual courses are priced per seat. Organizational training is quoted per program, against your own case examples and delivered on your schedule.

Subscriptions, priced per coder
InnovaRx and InnovaMed are monthly or annual subscriptions with a free tier — you can look up codes without paying anything. Each tool publishes its own current pricing, so you're always reading the live figure rather than one copied onto a brochure.
Practices and coding departments are quoted directly, with one invoice, seat management and volume pricing.
